Minimal requirements

• Thermo Fisher microscope

  We are planning on making everything work on JEOL scopes. There are a few commands that currently won’t work. It will require a few changes and testing.

• SerialEM >=4.0

  May also work on 3.9 but it has not been tested. Click here for instructions about how to install and use SerialEM.

• A linux workstation that is on the same network as the SerialEM computer

  Required to connect to SerialEM via the pythons module and access a shared hard drive to access data.
